Would someone like to step up to organize and make arrangements for the club at Carlisle this year?

I can definitely help with minding the store. I will arrive Thursday afternoon (probably late).

I enjoyed the dinner at the place Bill set up for us last year, but don't know the name of it. What did everyone else think of it?

Yes, later is better - more time to get ready :) Any other ideas? Does anyone know how many people we had it set up for last year?

Thanks for the info, Leo. Bill replied quickly, and I'll print the homepage from the restaurant.

Any guidelines for setting up the reservation? Will each person attending pay the night of the banquet?

Yes, it did work out well IMHO. It gives everyone their choice of menu and cost. The venue proved good for the awards/raffle after dinner hour as well.

Rene, Mrs. Driller will be happy to help out at the tent. She likes the shade, cool drinks and chit chat. ;) She'll probably want to park the TownCar next to the tent so she can point and brag. :7 FWIW, we will be bringing a big cooler and lots of Pepsi/Coke products(with the extra trunk space). I can have her shop for snacks and stuff as well.

Ooops, that reminds me, I better go pre-register her car. ;)

I'll work on getting the banquet set up for us. It will be fun to spend some time with Mrs Driller under the tent - she was lots of fun last year :D

Sunnyside Restaurant
850 N. Hanover Street
Carlisle, PA

Saturday June 3 @ 8:00
20-25 People
Separate Checks
Private Room (Meadow Room already taken)
2 Hours for our Group

Let me know if any changes/adjustments are needed ;)

YES! It's a lot of fun, and a highlight of the club banquet. I will send out a quick email to our vendors and see if they would like to participate in supplying prizes. ;)

The Sunnyside Restaurant called me this week, to confirm our reservation. We're all set.

Today has been busy - wax on, wax off. Whew!! :p

I am assembling some prizes for the raffle. I have some LOD merchandise inventory and some other items. Bill from SCP has contributed as well. :)

Will anyone arrive Thursday? We're planning to meet up at the pub around the corner from the Comfort Suites for dinner and relaxation, after the trip clean-up is done :D
