Carlisle - Why aren't you going?

I feel the same way, if I have to, I'll pull the trans out of my red Mark and put it in my green Mark.

This is not the year to miss Carlisle.:)
 
As of today here's the Carlisle registration count:
All Lincolns - 28
All registrations for the Lincolns of Distinction (LOD)- 13
 
I didn't pre-register, but it looks like I will be able to make it. Still have to work out some details, make the plans, figure out how to pay for gas, etc. I may also drive something other than a lincoln... I have a Navigator that might get 17 on the way down, and I have a POS escort that would get at least 30. Let's see... do I want to sit in an escort for 8 hours each way with no a/c and a crappy drivers seat to save over $100 in gas... well, maybe I do...

The aforementioned wedding was for some friends of my girlfriend. She is now my ex-girlfriend (not because of carlisle, though) so now that weekend is free.

Pre-register, your gas may be paid for ;)

But just park with us no matter what you end up driving. It's been done before and I have a sneaking suspicion it shall be done again this year.
 
I wish I could go. We just got back from vacation in Arizona (we went back since we had such a great time).

Got a trip planned to go to PA next month to visit family. Just couldn't make it happen around Carlisle this year. Gonna try hard to go next year.

Anyway, y'all have a great time, take lots of pics and have a safe trip!

So is anyone from the New England area taking the route through the Delaware National Recreation Area in PA? Looks like it is going to add an hour to the drive but I think it will be worth it.
