Cell Phone

Since I work for Verizon I wondered what cell phone everyone has and their carrier.

I have the HTC Droid Eris. My carrier is Verizon.

I handle about 100 mobile phones for a school district, and we're currently with Sprint. Most of our Smartphones are the HTC Touch Pro 2, and a few Motorola Q9C holdouts. I have handful of Palm Pre devices as well, now that I think of it. The users love them, but the reliability is awful.

We're a Microsoft shop, so reliable Exchange sync is a must. I have high hopes for the Windows 7 phones, but Sprint doesn't have them yet. Have you gotten your hands one one?

The Evo is a fantastic phone, but they charge too much. :)

We don't have the Windows 7 yet but we are getting the Iphone Feb 3.

I use a iPhone 3Gs
my GF uses a regular iPhone

for me, a cell phone is(was) just that...I had an old Sony Erickson walkman phone for 3 years. It did what I needed it to do.
Then for Christmas last year my GF surprised me with a iPhone(she already had hers and although i liked it, I had no need for it...so I thought).

I love it.

Our carrier is AT&T
we have a bundle(cell, home, DISH, internet)
while I was not happy with the cellular coverage INSIDE my house(people would call, and it wouldn't even ring, or if it did, when I answered, they couldn't hear me. and i wasn't about to spend $79 on one of those devices that turns your home in to a cellular antenna just to get better reception inside my house even though all of my friends who use SPRINT or VERIZON had no problems using their phones inside my house so it was clearly a AT&T issue or the iPhone itself)....I was then told by a friend to turn OFF the 3G when in my house and I'll have better cellular reception.

this proved true.

I have a wi-fi at home, so I don't need 3G inside the house anyway.

Since Hubby works for Motorola, the Kid and I use Verizon. Much to Hubby's dismay, neither the kid or I get the Motorola phones (although really, my pink whatever phone that was was my fave). Looks like I have an LG, I hardly use the cell phone, I'm a hold out for land lines.

I have AT&T with the iPhone 4. :) My first Apple product....can't believe what I was missing! LOL

Well I am a contractor with at&t but I still get a discount with Verizon on a corporate discount with my old company, so I stuck with them. If at&t ever converts me I will probably get a smart phone since they will give me 50% discount.

I just got my Casio GX One yesterday. It is a mill spec phone, it is very rugged.

With rebates with a contact agreement and if you complain loud enough you can get one of those at&t micro cells for your house for nothing.

iPhone4 with AT&T and a Nextel Motorola for PTT service on special projects. Both work phones.

I have the Blackberry Curve 8900 3G with T-mobile and the phone works great. T-mobile is probably the worst cell provider on earth though. I have found almost every public wi-fi service on the island and have them all programmed into my phone just to make calls from bad service areas. :p

Verizon but no smart phone here just a pantech jest feature phone. I use my Itouch whenever I can find wifi and then can use skype to make calls.

Yeesh! Nobody uses Sprint here:rolleyes:

I have the LG Optimus smartphone through Sprint with significant savings over AT&T, and with the accidental 20% employee discount that should have only been 5%, I am tempted to stay with Sprint for awhile and see how their service is for me while saving a bunch of money. Their "EVERYTHING" plan is pretty sweet for less than I was paying for a limited plan with a non-smart phone from AT&T. Another cool feature with my plan: NO data cap. I could literally stream data all day long 24/7 :D
