cold blooded air ride!

my syst. has worked fine untill the temp drops below 50(don't think its coincidental you can bank on it! its so consistant I check the outside temp. if its below 50 I wait for the beep!!!) then my check air ride beeps if I pull over shut the car off it resets and starts working again(always at freeway speeds)
is there any way to read the susp. codes without a ford scanner? when I pull over the susp. is lower than it should be for freeway driving.

I imagine your bags have a really small hole or are just cracked from being old. When it gets colder the rubber doesnt want to seal the little holes and when you get up to highway speeds they leak out bad. I would look into new airsprings or a coilover conversion. I would also hurry with that b/c your compressor will become very tired and give out if you let it go for too long if indeed thats what your problem is.

that's a safe bet with almost any mark 8 unless they live in single digit humidity areas.
