Hi. My 95 Mark Viii has been sitting for 2 years. I am just now getting around to starting to fix it. The battery is DEAD. I got in it to put it in neutral to push it. The shifter would not move from park. I can't remember, is the a shift lock solenoid on this car? Otherwise, something may have rusted in place from sitting.
