I actually had FUN today at the shop.
I had a Guy call last week saying he is bringing by a Hemi that he wants us to hear, says it has a mild valvetrain noise. Well this is what shows up!
A 1958 392 Hemi on a stand!!! The Guy tells me it's going into a Nash Metropolitan !!!!!! This I have to see!

I took this shot of Chris firing it up with the mufflers on and all!! Sounded AMAZING!!! Except for the noise and the SMELL in the showroom that lasted for hours.

I think it's the valve seat depth issuue. It sounds like a solid cam motor when it gets warm. Has to come apart.

I just put a Denny's driveshaft in along with a Cobra pumpkin in this beauty.

Oh and thats a 502 getting a MONDO cam and new billet crank hanging on the engine stand. It's out of the 66' Chevelle that you can barely see in the pic. (Matt should like that one)
