Heard of Spokeo?

The Kid called to tell me about this and about how much personal information there was on me on this site. I checked it out, and he was right, and although sure, some info is public record, some of it is really disturbing.

So I suggest checking it out and trying to get them to remove you. This is just crazy.... I know I'm findable, but really... this just seems like an invasion of my privacy.
 
I got that email at work today too. There are much worse websites out there, from what i could find on spokeo it was all pretty generic and all public records. It only told me i had two parents (shocker) but didn't know who they were, and that i had a daughter, but didn't know who she was. it couldn't even find my facebook pics. pipl.com can at least get my facebook and myspace profiles haha

And I've either got a kid, or my parents live with me.:D
 
well at least it is not up to date, but i say most of what they have is public records.

Most, but not all. And not all correct, as they had me living in my house and the one across from me too. :) . I mean, if someone wants to find all that out about me, I'd rather they go to a little more effort.

Well, I feel pretty safe. Amongst the 219 Michael Martins in Minnesota, and the 250 in Wisconsin, you can only find me in Wisconsin. It's my old address, which I rented, it says I'm an only child, which I'm not, and it says that my parents lived with me, which they did not.

It seems to want money to find out how much money I make..

this whole "entirely avoiding social networking" thing, seems to be paying off. :)
 
Some of the numbers are median figures for the area. It may say salary, but it is the median salary for that area.

I doubt that J lives in a area were the median salary is $481K, i would guess to say 98% of the population don't make more then that.
 
Well loving in an apartment complex by myself would still be the same figure. Haha!

what's weird is that my fathers name is Michael Bradley, but he doesn't live in the same town, and his middle initial isn't "J"... :p

No I bought a house. The address they had was when I first started my job and moved to LA.
 
You STILL didn't see your mis-spelled word....not even after I highlighted it in RED!!!! So you used to LOVE by yourself???? hehehehehehe
