I have a 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII. I replaced the light switch about a year ago because the lights were flashing on and off. I hadn't had any problems with the head lights until last weekend. Now when I turn the car on, the head lights come on (day or night). The lights do not go off when I turn the car off. If I disconnect the battery and then reconnect it, the lights go off until the car is turned on again. Any one have any idea as to where to start in trying to diagnose the problem?
