Hello All.
I was following J's excellent write up on replacing my blend door actuator http://www.lincolnsofdistinction.or...d-Door-Actuator-Removal-and-Repair-(Write-Up) and after removing the actuator i was removing the bar from the lower "grey" arm and the lower/"grey" arm snapped.
What is this part called, where do i find a replacement, and how do i replace it without causing more damage?
Note: this arm seem stuck as it can only move about 5 degrees.
