Hi guys. It's been a while...

After years away, I'm glad to see you all are still here. I got busy at work and stopped coming by, but when the door handle finally broke on the ol' Mark VIII I got curious and checked back in. I see a few names I remember!

For those of you who know me:
Things have changed for me; I got my pilot's license, met another pilot and got married. In the process I now own two airplanes; a 180 HP Cessna 172 and a Pitts S2B. We bought a business in which we patrol powerlines with the Cessna so my husband could earn a living without extensive traveling. I still work for the police department but now have my 20 years in and could retire if I had another job. I don't. Darn...

I still have the Mark VIII! It is now my daily driver; I don't get to drive a city car home anymore. It still runs great though it is starting to show it's age a little at 160K. A new torque converter is in its future, along with some shock mounts and the cruise control recall.

I'm sorry about Alexander. This site meant a lot to me during a tough period in my life, and I guess I have him to thank for that.

It's nice to talk to you again!

Are you still racing the same Granny's Car? How many miles have you wracked up? My husband, ironically named Mark, gets a kick out of my tales about visiting Houston to drag race and autocross!
 
I am about 2 tanks of fuel away from 400K..haha

Still racing, won 2004,2005 and 2006 Street stock Chamionships.

Came in the top 3 on 2007 and didn't run all the races
{gave the other guys a chance)
Currently IN 3rd in the 2008 series, but will probably take most of the season "off'..
as Tiffany is about 20-30 days or less from my/our first born son..(proud smile)

it's very cool to see you lurking around the boards again, glad to hear you not only "STILL have the Mark" but have found you another "Mark" as well.
Tell him I said he was a "lucky guy".

It's good to hear how good people's lives get better over time :) That sounds like the best "started our own business" ever!

And Tommy, congrats on the baby, now THAT'S a "Tiffany mod" if I ever heard of one.

How weird would THAT be for Theo to show up again!

I was looking at some of the Alexander pictures and saw a picture of Sara with Mylash/Theo standing behind her {all you could see what his ears! haha!

Thanks David, Tiff and I are pretty stoked and excited!
