If you dont mind me asking, how much does it cost out there to have a house like that built?Not the land, just to build the house itself?

Chris, if you where to build that house W/o some of the crazy upgrades that i have it would run you 180-200, the house is costing me about 250-270, some of my upgrades where full basement, makeing the standard deck 5 times bigger, enlarging a 2 car garage to a 4 car garage and then taking it from 23 feet wide to 27 feet wide, 400 amp electric service, intercom system, specail electrical wiring, Full granite 5 shower head shower in the master bath, made the attic in the garage weight capeabale and increased the pitch for useable space , full stairway up to garage 2nd floor, lots of recessed lighting, and much more

I can't see the pictures, but it sure sounds like a beatuiful home... Nowadays any decent house is over $500k around here. How many square feet is the house?

around 6600 sqft, the main part of the house is 4100sqft est. garage makes up the rest.

It looks great. But if I would build a home to my specifications, I would make the garage bigger than the house. :)

Definitely sounds like we need to have a house-warming party.

Man, I can't believe how far it's gotten. Seems like a couple of weeks ago you were showing us pictures of a hole in the ground.

I was exactly 3 weeks ago that it was just a big hole! i plan on having a LOD lincoln meet sometime in the end of summer, Im about 90 minutes from carilse still. Chris Im still unsure of which town the Us post office will assign But Its on the outter egdes of Lehighton in the lehigh valley

Pete, thats near where my ex and Torreys fiance are from.They're from Palmerton.
I hope you dont turn into a hillbilly like they used to be.LOL

I almost bought land in palmerton, but what a "hick" town, the one main street with all the stores type of dealy, but palmerton has an awfully ugly surrounding because of the old strip mines, i just couldnt bare to look at bare ugly ripped up mountains everyday.
