Where on g-d's green earth is Ormond Beach Fl? If he lives near by I may be able to help. I have a few ideas. Jack, Moe, how far is this place?

This is very similar to a situation a co-worker had. He paid $1000 for a set of rims off of eBay. The seller cashed the money order and did not send the rims. He did not respond to emails after the first few where he had promised to send out the following Monday. He kept calling him at all odd hours thinking we would get through to someone. He even set his email to automatically send and email every 5 minutes. Still nothinkg! At this point my co-worker called the police in the individuals town and sure enough he recieved the rims. The main thing was that is was $1000 (or over - under, I don't know) We found out that being it was over the internet it was a federal offence/mail fraud - believe it or not. Contact the local police asap, be prepared to fax them all the emails and proof you can gather. It is always fun to talk about showing up at his house on a Sunday morning and wait by his front door with a baseball bat, just to let him have it as he reaches for the Sunday paper - but that would only make things worse.
