Sup everyone, I'm a new Mark Viii owner and also new to LOD. Here is a link to my 88 Mustang and some other fun stuff, check it out and let me know what you think. I just bought a 1995 Mark Viii with 126k on the odo. New transmission (built by the shop I work at) and original engine. Our customer has/had two Marks 95/98 and his wife made him get rid of one, she is Silver with gray leather and if pretty much original except for the coil conversion kit. I've deleted the air silencers and installed 2 15's in the truck but thats about it. I paid $4,000 for it. I've posted a few questions and I hope to talk to you guys a little when I have time....I'm hooked on Battlefield 2, and currently in a clan if anyone plays and is interested in battling! Well, catch you guys later and I'll post some pics of my Mark when I get time.

Welcome Jesse! Glad you found us. I'm a Mustang convert too! My 91 GT became a chore to drive on a daily basis, and wasn't reliable enough to haul my girls around in. No A/C was what clinched the deal. Gotta have it here in Florida. The MarkVIII was the perfect replacement. Power and gobs of luxury. Can't wait to get the Mustang cleaned up and in race trim. I do miss being able to walk it sideways in 2nd gear. I may keep it streetable so I can have some fun on the streets here in Central Florida. Right now just working on being ready when the Fun Ford Weekend rolls back in town next March. Lots of work to do. BTW...your's looks great in yellow.

Awesome, good to see that I'm not alone, I'm the same way....I drive my Mark to work during the week so I have a/c (IT WAS 108 TODAY!!!) and cruise my Mustang on the weekends and smoke all those posers in the hondas and camaros. My goal is to soup up the Mark and beat my mustang one day, and still have all the a/c and luxury like you said. Thanks for all the compliments and I'll see you around!

i had a 96 mk but costly to make go fast so i sold and got a 90 coupe....but like 97LSC_2NV said. cant take a girl out ..mine had black procar seat. which made it hot as hell in the car w/ a/c not blowing ice cold...stang was not a take the girls out on a date so i sold the stang..( missing her) & bought a 97 lsc mk8...i could make my stang slide from 1st gear w/ stock gears.... dont feel bad J i had my coupe stolen too but mine was not has bad as yours.....i only had the stereo, cai w/ maf, cd's and tools..its still strange tho.. the car had the 96 cobra rims w/ new tires, 500$ procar seats, hell the motor, a few aftermarket susp. stuff....and those were not stolen....::wtf::

That sucks, they don't know what the parts are worth, thats probably why they didn't strip it.
