This is the same show ( over 750 cars ) where OldSchool and I won Stock Class Trophies for our Lincoln's last year! It's a long day. We got there at about 10:00 AM and the last trophies were given out at 10:00 PM, so make plans for a long day if you plan to attend.

Hi Leo! Here are the particulars:

Saturday, July 8th! Members and non-members of the Lincoln Mark VII Club will be meeting at the Old Country Buffet in Cherry Hill, NJ at 8:30 AM for breakfast and then ride over to the show. If you are showing your car, you should already be pre-registered and you'll get your show package when you enter the grounds. Bring a copy of your cancelled check/money order receipt with you just in case there's a problem.



Also go to http://merchantvillecarshow.com/

and print out a copy of the registration form, fill it out and bring it with you if you haven't pre-registered!



Directions can be found on their website if you're just going to attend the show. (Seperate parking areas)



I hope to see you there! It's a great time and a great show!

1: Start out going WEST on NJ-70 W / W MARLTON PIKE toward CORNELL AVE S. 0.6 miles



2: Take the CUTHBERT BLVD. ramp toward MERCHANTVILLE. 0.2 miles



3: Merge onto CR-636 N. 1.3 miles



4: Turn LEFT onto CHAPEL AVE / CR-626. <0.1 miles



5: Turn RIGHT onto S CENTRE ST. 0.2 miles



6: Turn LEFT onto W MAPLE AVE / CR-537 / CR-613. 0.1 miles



7: Turn RIGHT onto ALEXANDER AVE. <0.1 miles



8: End at [1-99] Alexander Ave

Well, I'm sad :( to report that there were no Lincoln Mark VII Club winners this year out of 738 cars entered in the 2006 Merchantville, NJ Annual Car & Bike Show and Sock Hop. It started with breakfast at 8:30 AM at the Cherry Hill, NJ Old Country Buffet and ended with the last trophy being announced at 9:30 PM.

It was a great day, regardless of the lack of hardware. You can see the pictures at:

Once again, the Merchantvile Car Show was fantastic! If you've never been there, the town of Merchantville, NJ litterally clears the streets of all traffic to accomodate over 700 show cars each year for this event! The 2005 show had one Lincoln Mark VII and one Lincoln Towncar and about 700 "others". This year displayed FOUR Lincoln Mark VIIs!
