2004 Lincoln Towncar Ultimate with 100K. Keyfob stopped working, so I changed the battery. no help. Tried using that keyfob on my Explorer. worked fine. Tried programing my Keyfob on the Lincoln, still no good. Door keypad works fine as does the door buttons. Lincoln service bullitine said it was probably the 5a fuse 2,3. it's test's OK. any suggestions? also, what may or may not be related, when My wife starts the car the radio is all static until she raises and lowers the fan speed.
