Kooks Headers

RE: Kooks Headers

Will the 3/4 Kooks clear a stock steering knuckle?

Will cats fit in this setup along with a dual-in, dual-out mid-mounted muffler?

TIA

Yes, you could do hi-flow aftermarket cats with a dual-in, dual-out mid-mounted muffler.

How? I didn't do the install, but when I looked at the clearances afterwards, I can't see the stock RAG joint fitting without modifying something. I've heard of something I think called 'offset bushings' used on MN12s, but I played it safe and went with the Flaming River joint.
