Not me! A co-worker's brother moved back to IL from NY and they would not let him get an IL liscense because, get this, back in 1964 he was accused of a DUI and hit and run. The state wants him to pay some kind of fine and get coverage through the insurance company they recommended. Insurance for a year come to $1900. What doesn't make any sense to me is that if this guy had a clean record (I'm not positive) since 1964 in another state, that must count for something. Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations.
