Let's Give Back to our Servicepeople!

Sharon...I already made my suggestion above.
I think it's a great idea to discuss things we can do for the members who are in the military/armed forces...including the LOD making them "honorary members".

Call yourself what you want...we all know you pretty much call the shots around here ;)
 
The effort here was by individuals for individuals, nothing more, nothing less. This thread was solely a way to bring those individuals together. This is no solicitation for funds for the LOD in any manner whatsover.
 
I think LOD would love to grant everyone membership if only it was possible. Someone has to pay the costs to keep the forum running.

I don't think someone is going to buy a new Italian exotic from the revenues this NON-profit organization is collecting.

Personally, i think its hitting two birds with one stone. You get to show your appreciation for our servicemen and women, AND help out the club.

Well, I'm really sorry I couldn't get this to work. I'm going to unsticky the thread, and hope that somehow we can find other ways to support our servicepeople (or if I hear of any, I'll find the thread and work something out).
