Well I sold the engine and transmission from the Mark VIII parts car recently and the man who came down to pull it showed me a photo of his Ford Ranger with a 4.6 installed That's DAMN cool, considering I LOVE these engines. Have a look!
He's documented everything and has photos up.
I think the bottom right photo of his "spare" is the one he just got from me..
