today I saw a 98 ce with a poorly done rattle can flat black paint job! at least he taped off the windows and lights! now I truly know what a murdered paint job is.............poor ce :frown:

If you think that's bad I once saw a '71 duster that was painted with a brush. How did I know it was painted with a brush you ask: I could see the brush storkes,and then I almost had a stroke myself lol. Or the mid 80's monte carlo that had it's vinyl roof redone in magic marker.

The paint that was under the rattle can job must have been terrible... or the owner is a complete moron lol...

I could'nt tell what color it was originally. I saw the painted over indentations for the ce emblems.it had a light colored interior. (prob. dark met. blue w/ parchment interior ce I've always wanted!!!!)

They never offered that color in CE interior.
Light & Medium Prairie Tan

White Pearlescent
dark metallic blue was a 97 ONLY color for Gen 2's...it was called Deep Navy Blue(color code K4 )
