It isn't that hard to do. The front hubs are a direct swap and the rear hubs are only a little tougher because you need to have someone press out the old hubs and press in the new hubs. Front hubs from Ford, $60. Rear hubs from Ford, $70. Both prices are approximates, I don't feel like digging out the receipts but the "other" lod website has my post in the parts section with actual prices and part numbers.
