Need help finding grey blend door arm

I stuck my head under there , and i just dont see it.
Do i have to remove some panels? If so, which ones?

I know what the part looks like, i just have not seen it. I didn't want to dismantle under the glove box looking for it.

It's cooold....

If you pull the glove box down, you can get to it through the opening. It's on the far left, about level with the bottom of the glove box opening, and is partially hidden behind a wiring harness that runs vertically, as I recall.

Yep, that's the famous grey arm. I have to flip mine when I want heat and vice-a-versa for cold.x(

The grey arm is directly in line with the lft side of the glove box. If you reach up under the dash, you will feel it.
