Neon ballast contact info for guy that repairs them

I have seen on here that guy named glitch repairs ballasts for the taillight neon. I have not been able to get a hold of him. Snyone have his contact info?
 
Not sure what happened to Glitch but I don't have any contact info for him.

If you do Facebook, search out for Bruce Budnick. He sells new replacement ballasts,
 
User dbleb88 here has them listed on eBay. I bought one from him several months ago.

IIRC, Glitch passed away several years ago after a short illness.
