New Pre-Workout Supplement

So, I purchased a new preworkout supplement. It gives energy and muscle pump like crazy. I'm not really big into them and only tried one other once and this stuff blows it out of the water and tastes so good too unlike most supplements. I was doing too many reps at the gym today and my muscles felt like balloons. I found myself adding a bit more weight because I put it up too easy. It was almost scary lol.

Sometimes I wonder about you, Kirk...

reminds me of the Jim Carrey SNL skit a few years back..

Is that stuff loaded with 300+mg of caffeine?

One of the more powerful ingredients is 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (also known as Methylhexaneamine).

I am an ectomorph which is the technical term for a "hard gainer". I go further and stronger with this stuff, just on my first day using it. I like the boost it gave me and it is not crack or meth lol. Then I would be really hard up trying to put on some weight. :p I'm pretty sure the product boosts adrenaline levels.

First and foremost in importance with my routine is the whey/caseine blend protein powder that I take along with eating like a pig. My muscles need to be fed. There's no way around that. I could live without the C4, but for now I like the results it has given me so far. Being a supplement of this nature, I will more than likely cycle off of it after a month or two because my body may adapt to it. I like the idea of hey here we go, go natural, and here we go again. It kind of mixes things up a bit and I kind of like that. We'll see how it works. On a side note, I may try adding this stuff to my gas tank and see if I get more MPG lol

Vitamin B12 34mcg 575%
Caffeine Anhydrous (100 Mg)

Just FYI... what you're taking is basically a 12hr energy shot with a cup of coffee and creatine... damn, no wonder you're "pumped" hahaha!

lol Yes. I think the 1,3-Dimethylamylamine is also key here. I actually didn't read the label until I got home, but found out it this specific ingredient has been banned by some sports organizations. It's not that it is bad, but rather viewed as a "cheater" ingredient by them I guess. That leads back to my discussion of "cycling" my use. I can only cheat for so long until my body adapts to it (theoretically). If it's anything like creatine monohydrate, it all starts going to waste via the small bladder because levels have reached a max. This may or may not be the case, but a good friend of mine who takes pre-work out supplements has cycled off of them every month or two and then went back to it again. I'm only on day 2 here with the supplement so that will give me some time to investigate the matter. So how's that for a glove box discussion! :p

i am getting a all in one gym this week. like one you use in a gym, with the stack weights, all cable operated with a million different ways to work out on it. my wife has lost over 50 lbs since feb of this year and she looks absolutely amazing and she is doing it all natural by eating right, taking in a certain calorie intake and working out with a jilian michaels 30 day shred dvd. she is helping me eat right too and i have cut off my soda intake completely. which for me was nearly impossible, from 10 cokes or mt dew a day to none, just water or diet coke which i hate so its easy to not drink it. i have lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks and dropped from a 36 waist back into my 33 and 34 shorts that used to fit. i am leaning towards force factor from gnc to help me, its a nitric oxide supplement to do the same thing, it boosts oxygen to the muscles basically blowing them up like a balloon to get them ready to weight train. so i'm excited to turn myself around too, the thing is, i already have monster upper legs and i dont mean fat, my thighs have serious muscle and i dont know where its from, and i have a massive neck, alot of the men from my family are short and stocky, so bulking up wont be hard, but i want to more or less lean out and get really toned. time for a tuna and egg white regimen too!!
