Now power to passenger side seat fuse

Does anyone have source wiring diagram to the fuse block? I am getting no power to the fuse and my passenger side seat is stuck.

In my '97 Mark, the seat fuses are located in the engine compartment...30 amp Maxi-Fuses, # 18-19.

Ok so I was finally able to take the 5 minutes to check the fuse and wouldn't you know it was blown. The best part about it was that fact that the previous owner must have had the same thing happen to him. Rather than spending the whole $2.78 to buy a new fuse he instead looped both connections with metal wire thus keeping the power loop. How nice huh?
