Ok folks I need to get rid of a lot of stuff. I have a complete 93 mark VIII that I need to part out.

The motor has 150K on it, and runs extremely well. The transmission does not slip, and seems to be in perfect mechanical order. The car is green. THe front passenger fender is dinged up pretty good. THe interior seats are worn heavily. If you need any part off of a gen 1 mark VIII this car has it. Let me know what you need and I can sell it for a fair price.

Intake
heads
block
ECM
tranny
entire engine
electronics
harnesses
rear end
one piece driveshaft

I will also have some other parts for sale soon,

rear subframe sesction
pumpkin with 4.10's
Widened factory rims

RE: Parting out complete 93 mark VIII

Joe, I could use a K-member, and oil pan if in good shape.

What kind of rims are they ?

RE: Parting out complete 93 mark VIII

what kind of widened factory rims are you going to be selling?

How much are you going to want for the 4.10 center section? I call dibs on that, i have a friend planning on putting gears in his SC. I'll ask if he's interested in it.

Just out of curiosity, how much for the complete engine? basically everything to swap it into a thunderchicken, so intake to oil pan. I have a friend who wants to hop up his 4.6L t-bird, and i'm telling him to either do a PI head swap or toss in a mark viii motor. I doubt he'll do it though.

RE: Parting out complete 93 mark VIII

Does it have traction control? If so what do you want for the panel and switches? I also have a blown reaer speaker

RE: Parting out complete 93 mark VIII

I be willing to buy to trunk lid emblem if in good shape, and if it come of good too,

I will have the k member out of the red car very shortly as well as an oil pan from the old engine as both have been replaced with upgraded units.

I would like to get 90$ from the k member and $15 for the oilpan. Both are in excellant shape. The K member will be bare as I need the steering and some suspension parts off of it. That should make it light enough to ship, or we could meet somewhere. I should be in the chicago area late april.

I cannot remember which style they were. I will have two sets, but will most likely keep one set or might sell both.

The center section is alum mark VIII, with motorsport R &P, and motorsport spool with clutches. THe entire unit has less than 5000 miles on it and was taken out and replaced with a spare unit with 4.30 and a torsion spool. IT is ready to add oil and drop in. 375 + shipping

For the complete engine encluding wire harness, everything 650$+ shipping. I will most likely be in the chicago area late april.

Drivers side mirror--Are you looking for the entire mirror? I have to double check the condition of it, but I am sure it is ok. $50 for the whole assy if it is in good shape.

Trunk emblem--I will have to look. I do not remember it being in good shape.

Traction control--yes it has traction control. I cannot remember what condition it was in. I will double check. Are you needing the lower panel and push buttons?

RE: Parting out complete 93 mark VIII

hood, both corner lights, the trim for them, grill, and may be bumper, and two air bags with cruise buttons. these are the parts i need to make my car decent... may be a couple other parts but i will not worry about them for now.

I will look in the manual to see how just the mirror comes out. If it is detailed and I have a chance of breaking it, I will sell the whole assy.

No the car does not have HID's.

Yes, just the panel and switches. Mine does not have TC, but I am wanting a black panel that is already cut out for 2 switches.

RE: Parting out complete 93 mark VIII

Mike- The car has all of its harnessses, and I can get them out for you. Getting the harnesses out wil take a while. can you be a little more specifin on your harness requirements. Are you wanting all the harnesses that control the engine, lights(brake, tail, interior, ect), PCM/EDIS? Be a litttle more exact and I am sure we can work out a fair price.

John-- Yes the one piece driveshaft will work on your car. I do not know if the cowls are the same. I will aks ELI to look at his wifes car and see. If so I will take 150 for the driveshaft, and 15$ for the cowl piece.

RE: Parting out complete 93 mark VIII

Joe,

I will let you know about buying the driveshaft this weekend, if that is okay. As if I plan on doing gears will this driveshaft be okay. I am thinking either 4.10 or 4.30
