You can find the price of used parts here: www.car-part.com
They'll be a lot cheaper than new parts. I bought three headlight assemblies for $100 at a salvage yard. Two of them had bulbs.

I don't believe they sell the headlight assembly without the bulb. If your bulb is still good, your best bet is something used - car-part.com is a good suggestion. New, fordpartsnetwork.com has them at $337.09 each, which includes the bulbs.
On the mirror problem - do you just need the bottom puddle lamp portion that has the ground illumination lamp and LED's? Which side?
