Quick! Need a volunteer!

As posted elsewhere, there will be a contest at Carlisle going on to try to attract people to the club tent.

It will be a "Guess the Mileage" game, where you guess the mileage of a particular club member's showfield car to win one of two prizes donated by John Temple of Mark 8 Muscle.

What I need is a volunteer to showcase their car for the contest. We have a small sign to advertise the contest that will go on the car. Contestants come by and hopefully go to the tent and register their guess for the mileage on the car.

I would like someone who plans to have their car there all day Friday and Saturday. Or we can have separate cars for each day.

Step up or I will 'appoint' someone! :D

plus its cheaper to park on the showfield and then not have to walk from the other side of the planet...
 
I think I have showfield parking but that was to park close not to show, Its not show worthy by any means. Whatever, I will pet it be played with in a game..
 
I'm out, I won't be there all day Friday, and my odometer is stuck at 183K.:D

I'll be there all day Fri & Sat, but I think you really need a great-lookin' Mark with a BUNCH of miles on it.....mines only about 148k..... (I think) Be leaving here in a few hours for Carlisle.....

the rat rod look is the new thing, my paint is vey distressed as are others and they park on the show field. no big deal

Exactly. Mike, just bring it and park it with us - if you feel you want don't want to be judged, you simply don't display the showfield card with your car. ;)

it is peer judging anyway, not like you wil get a score card and crtiziced.
One year i told people if they did not vote for me i would use joe's bat and guess what, i won.
