This is my first chance to get online since Friday the 6th. I had scheduled a mini-meet with Lee(Leecon) and Scott(scotty96lsc) for last week. I was able to hook-up with Lee but not Scott before I had to boogie up to Kansas for a death in the family. My other-in-law passed away on the 4th. I was already in San Antonio with my daughter when I got the call, so I went up there on Friday.
Lee is a great person, and I enjoyed meeting him. He was a real pleasure to have lunch with, and I was sorry I couldn't stick around through the weekend to meet Scott. Lee is a real classy person and hope others have a chance to meet him as well.
One of the reasons I like this club so much is the fact that there are some real upstanding members. It is a real pleasure to interact with y'all on the board, but it is even better to meet someone face to face. Talking about our cars is great, but there is a whole lot more to life than that. I really appreciate this club and its members.
