I don't have my 1/8 times handy. But I wanted to let you know I'll sticky these threads along with the 1/4 mile threads, however, you won't be able to edit them. Only admins can edit posts after I think 90 minutes.

I doubt that I'm gonna run much if any quicker by any measurable extent until late oct early november.

i'm very pleased to run sub 10 second passes in this late july early august heat.

..as for starting over, it's going to be "easier this time around".. I wont expect "leaps and bounds" out of small mods, like I did last time..my expectations are far more realistic this time around, compared to when I first got my other car.

I have to admit considering the bracket racing aspect of it all, I dont mind being slow.
Went to the local 1/8th mile track last night.
Entered into Street Stock Trophy AND the Jackpot race.
...made it to the Semi finals in the Jackpot Money Race and Won the street stock race.
(lol)
Street Stock 2008 consisted of 10 races.. I went to the first one.... and the last one of the season.. I missed 8 races and still finished in the top 3 or 4 in points.

I was gonna make a post/thread about last nights race.. but other than the 9.84 low et I set.. and my round 1 .017 light it was a pretty much normal bracket race.

running in two different classes meant I got ZERO cool down.. so the car just got slower and slower all night long.

I "hung tough" with the BIG TIRE cars {made it to the final 4 cars) and cleaned up in the street tire class, so it was a good showing..overall..
