Reading lincoln suspension codes

I have a 2003 navigator and I periodically have problems with the airbag suspension. I would like to rared the trouble codes.
Can anyone recommend a relatively inexpensive (<$200) device that will read them?

I believe you can use a Ford (MotorCraft) Rotunda Super Star II diagnostic tester?

They generally appear for sale on eBay.
