Concern I can't find anything loose I checked the upper control arm bushings and they are tight the lower control arm bushings are tight the wheel bearings are good they don't have any play nothing is broken either so what could be causing this or is it supposed to do this any help is appreciated thanks

Maybe the camber bolt is loose?
Or at least not torqued to spec.

I checked all the bolts and they are tight this is on my race car now I was starting to have an idea is it possible that my camber changes because of how I have the toe set on the rear tires just like its stressing some major components like the upper control arm the toe on the car has both rear wheels turned to the right so is it possible the drag on the tire is causing it to change

Your description is a classic Ford issue. The suspension components wear and while still "in spec" it will cause issues with alignment. The alignment tolerances are fairly wide actually to accommodate this.

There is also a great deal of flex in the IRS setup that aggravates this condition. There are those who "weld up" and stiffen the IRS as well as the Delrin bushings mentioned.

Well first off my rear tires having toe out was causing a lot of it and all the bushings were kinda soft in the control arms so this is what I did I plated the upper control arms so the arm doesn't flex then I made steel bushings for. The upper and lower control arms along with were the spindle bolts on the only reason I made them out of steel was because its a race car I wouldn't recomend. It for a street car because they are a little on the noisy side I still have to tap holes so I can put grease into them but that's about it no more alighnment movement any more so. I think it worked out. Well
