Rear Shocks

Hi everyone,
I think I need to replace my rear shocks on my 94 Mark. I is starting to act like my short wheelbase Explorer Sport 4x4 on rough pavement. I am getting noticable wheel hoop over rough pavement and at highway speed it will move over in the lane after a series of bumps. My question is what makes the shocks so special. I can only find some unknown brand on ebay for 99 each, and motorcraft are just stupid priced. Does monroe or somebody make a shock for the car? Arnott has a set on their web site but they are out of stock. By the way the car still has the factory air ride installed. Any advice will be a great help, Thanks.

I agree with supporting them. MAy want ot look into getting the Cobra bilstiens or the adjustable Konis if you want to upgrade performance. Stock OEM are very expensive.
 
Thanks Driller, installed the shocks I got from Super Coupe Performance today. Great thing is Bill is just down in Milford (just outside of Cincinnati) just down the road from me here in Kettering. Car drives so much better now.
