Rear solenoid air line problem

I have a 98 LSC, I love the air suspension on these cars. So when the front started dropping at night I knew is was time to do something. Not wanting to convert to coils, I did a complete Air Suspension replacement, front, rear, compressor, shocks and solenoids. Yes I have a great deal of money invested and here is my problem. My tech can not get the air line to seat and seal in the drivers rear solenoid. It leaks, we have installed another solenoid, made sure the air line is cut straight, pushed the line in as far as we can gripping the air line with needle nose pliers as recommended by the manufacturer. Anybody have any suggestions for my tech. I am leaving on vacation in a week and want to drive that car. I need help, my poor tech is starting to say things like "I'll never work on those Lincolns again" I can't have that I own 4. thanks for any help you guys can give. Mark
