My sister's speakers had rotted foam surrounds on the woofers. I was going to buy new ones, but I found a repair kit for them. It was around 20 bucks so I thought I'd give it a try.
The kit came with full instructions, the hardest part of the job is removing the old surround from the cone, you have to be very careful. Then you glue the surround to the cone first, then to the frame.
They sound great again, here's some photos:
