Replacing LF control arm on my 96 Mark VIII

I am about to replace the LF control arm on my 96 base Mark 8 this weekend or next if I do not sell my car, the balljoint started to go a couple weeks ago.

The cheapest control arm assembly is $70 on Ebay, that sound fair?

Also, I was wondering if there is any way I can replace it without taking off the brake master cylinder? I did my RF control arm about 6 months ago and it was easy as pie, but when I looked at the LF arm at my buddy's shop, it looks like there is 1 bolt back there that's pretty tucked in. I have good old wrenches and ratchets in my garage, but I am no mechanic and by no means own any "pro" tools.

Thanks in advance.
