second gen interior in a first gen

OK so I was wondering has any one ever tried or installed a second Gen interior into the first Gen is it possible thanks
 
Yea I have heard of this being done... I believe its possible. main diff is where the door panels meet the dash I believe.
 
the sides of the dash are the same between gens its only the faces of the dash that have slight change the gen 2 door panels fit fine in a gen 1 people have done full swaps search on google.
