Sharon had surgery!

Sharon had surgery Monday. Got some arthroscopic work done on the the shoulder. Repaired a tear, cleaned a partial tear, and fixed a bone spur. Wish her well!
 
i had a very similar surgery in february but mine also fixed an impingement. Good luck sharon, that surgery is a very painful recovery!
 
Those pain meds may say "do not take with alcohol"...
but I think we both know that's really more of a suggestion then a rule... :D

Get well soon Sharon. Listen to those therapist. My wife had rotator cuff surgery and I know how tough that can be.
 
Wish you well with that well know "old persons" surgery. The therapy is much worse!! I had it done many moons ago.....but the outcome was wonderful! Get well soon and don't strangle the therapist!

Yeah, totally bummed about missing the Hagerstown meet. Need to find out when there will be detroit meet, kid's g/f is from Frasier and wants to know so we can take her with us to see her family and friends.

Thanks Bud. Healing well, more movement, lots of pain. NSAIDS upset my stomach, Opiods depress my breathing, and Ultram is contraindicated with the pysch meds I take.... so, it's just suffering and physical therapy 3 times per week. I'll live :) It does get better every day, and I've got Mike and the kids helping me out (and chopped off my hair cause I couldn't deal with it and Mike's no expert at putting hair in ponytails, haha). At least the weather's been nice last couple days :) so I got to take a 1/2 pain pill in the afternoon both days.
 
I think you did one to many data bases for medical studies and you are manufacturing all of this self woe in your head ;)
