I'll try to make this as read-able as I can... I went to start the Mark this morning and had a rough time; it almost felt like the PATS system didn't recognize the key. I grabbed my multimeter and read 12.9v at the battery, checked ground wires, etc.. Hopped back in to start the car and after fiddling with it for a minute, she started up. When started the Trac control & ABS lights were lit.
From that point I shut it off to attempt starting it again (I'd rather be stranded at home than at work!) and it was unsuccessful. After that point I couldn't get any action from the car other than some dim dash lights. No overhead light, door locks, ignition. Nothing. Battery still read at 12.9v...
On a possibly related note, the car will not start with the headlights on.
