He could have a frozen strut like me!! Replace the HARD one!
Do this....turn off the air ride, remove the metal clips on the front valves on the bags, put a jack under the front to support the car, and rotate the valves to vent all the air out of the bags. Re-install the valves and clips. Lower the car down with the jack, all the way. NOW, the funny part!! Jack the car back UP and watch your passenger side wheel come off of the ground without you lifting it up very far!
Thats what mine did. I kinda figured it out by accident, and with Max doing some researching. I guess its really common with the Marks, yet I had never experienced it. It happened to me after I pulled my struts out to rebuild the front suspension.
Needless to say, after rebuilding the entire front end, AND having it aligned, it rode very bouncy, kinda like a low rider. Ended up the front right strut was binding up and not allowing the suspension to travel enough.
I ended up buying ONE new strut and now the car drives AWEOME!
