I Was Looking at a second gen mark VIII the other day and it had a vinyl top. What is the significance of this?? is this quite a rare option or did someone do this on their own time/money??
 
you cant remove them either, the roof and tops of the doors are full of screw holes and also blobs of urethane too. once there were installed the car was ruined as far as taking it off.
