VIII looking for 8s
Hey all. I have been involved in a body-building fitness routine at the local health club for 11 weeks now! I have been going 4 times per week consistently and am trying to make this not a hobby, but more so a way of life. I have put forth great effort to vastly eliminate the fast-food diet that I was getting addicted to and eat healthier. My acid reflux which I have dealt with over the last recent year or two has pretty much gone away! I am excited about how well things are going and I have seen some nice gains just in a short amount of time. I take a protein supplement twice a day along with my regular diet and drink tons of water. I am the "hard gainer" body type except for that ugly belly I was starting to get.
