Hmmm. Not sure I like the chrome not showing around the tire. Nice price though.

I've had black wheels on a black car (selling those wheels now). In my opinion, black wheels look best when they have a silver/chrome lip to separate the tire from the wheel. Otherwise, the tire and wheel blend together and the sidewall of the tire will look wider (like 16" wheels). Heres a link to my wheels to show you what I mean.
