I figured I'd update this thread with some recent photos of the car.
We had to do some minor adjustments to the car couple weeks ago,
and I snapped these with the phone, so not the greatest quality,
but pictures nonetheless

Failing secondary tensioner, lose cam bolt, cracked exhaust cam sprocket ... take your pick. It's one of those, all a combo of all three.
