Window Washer Issue

This may sound trivial - but my '99 Conti is a little weak in the Window Washer area. The passenger side is better than the driver side (I assume because the feeder line hits the passenger side first). The passenger side barely put fluid above the wipers, while the driver's side doesn't even hit the window. Suggestions?

Sounds like the squirter nozzle is plugged. Ya gotta get something small enought to get in the nozzle to clean it out...Gees, I forget what I used...it was along time ago. Seems like I went in from inside, disconnected the hose and ran something thru from inside to the nozzle...I don't remember. I can't even remember if you can just buy a new nozzle....Lots of good I did today??

Used to be able to stick a pin into the nozzle from the outside to redirect the stream too, but don't know if you can do that with these newer cars or not....

If you've got a crack/hole in your hose its not going to squirt out anything good.

Sounds like you've got mice running around :) The windshield washer bottle is INSIDE the passengerside fender well area. You can probably find the rubber hose that runs up by the passenger strut tower and under the windshield cowling. I suggest taking off the fender well liner and check there first to see if the hose is cracked or has a hole. Than follow it up and remove the cowling and check for damage in there. If one of the squirters was plugged, the other would be shooting full stream or more, but if you're getting a drizzle, I'm going to say you've got NO pressure.

It was a leaky hose - about three to four inches before it connects to the nozzle. Can I snag a replacement at NAPA?

You'll prob have to get a "fits all" repair kit from any of the major auto parts places: 'HELP" rack. Will prob come with little plastic adaptot cap and tubing.
