Windshield Washer?

Hello everyone,

So... I woke the CE up from it's winter nap this afternoon, and I noticed that I had no washer fluid with the wipers.

I can hear the washer motor doing it's thing when I hit the button, and I can see that there is fluid in the washer fluid storage tank...

Any thoughts?
