clunking noise

#6 is the sway bar. You have a #5 on each side of the car and you need to replace both the forward set of bushings (that attach to the frame) and the rear set of bushings (that attach to the Knuckle).
 
thats exactly what happened then wrong bushings on wrong item, I need to get this straight. Any suggestions on where I can buy good bushings in sets? links appreciated
 
Mike, I have used Moog with great success on both of my cars. I used the following part numbers:

K8680 (Front strut rod to Knuckle) order 1 as there is enough for each side.

K8659 (Front strut rod to Frame) order 1 as there is enough for each side.

You should be able to order these thru any of your major part stores, just call them.

On installation be advised that the ferrells (steel sleeves in the kits) will need to be trimmed down in length by about a 1/4" in order for the rubber to seat properly in location and still have some compression during torque up of the nuts.

Also be aware that you should have the car re-aligned after this procedure is done.

One More note that I found in my files is that you should also contact Max at Five Star as he also has the bushings only and they were cheaper than the kits above (but they have no hardware, which may be ok).
