FS: Former Pullied- Supercharged 97 [SOLD]

I did. :) But I'm going back...unless I can find a Mark 8 w/a cobra motor.
I don't mind holding it for you with a deposit until you can get your house stuff straightened out!

Let me talk with the wifey....my original goal was to get an 04 Mystichrome Convertable so we'll see. If your car was a different color I would probably be more syched but champaine is not really my thing. What color is the interior?

Light prairie tan. I'm sure you could have it painted.... I thought about it, I wasn't thrilled with the color either but it grew on me. Its a metallic color too, has some depth to it. It certainly makes it more of a sleeper and never a second look from cops, although you don't need to worry about that. In my Corvette I get pulled over WAY more often driving slower...

Some of the benefits over a mustang are lower insurance rates, excise tax (in MA), and sales tax since the registry won't batt an eyelash if you say you paid 3500 for it....

Well I thought about a re-paint considering it has "damage" but not sure how soon I would do it. Insurance rates aren't a big deal...I get good rates through my job. Sales tax would be different but I'm sure I can shoot into DMV and pay the fees rather than have the loan company stack it on the loan.

I guess my biggest concern would be the wife ok'n it and than getting it SMOG'd.

Yea I could see the SMOG being an issue out there after reading lonnies nightmare...

There is plenty of room for cats but I know the test is much more comprehensive than just passing the sniffer (which the reason is beyond my understanding, if it runs clean who cares how it gets there)

Lol Zac...high flow cat's are worse than stock cats. They have less substrate in them so they don't do so well, then put them on this monster and it would be like having toilet paper in there. I put some 3" high flows on my Mark and they lasted two smogs before needing a new set. :(

I have a stock 04 Cobra "H" pipe with 4 cats that I could use (the cats) so I'm sure I can get it past the sniffer...but I would like to do it right. Pass the smog referee and everything. I guess the price would have to be right for me to even bother with all the SMOG crap on my end....unless you want to do it. :)

Could probably fall into the once every two years category depending on how well it passes. :)

And....if I send it to the referee and he labels it with the 04 Cobra engine, then I'd probably get stuck in the once a year category, lol. Still might be the way to go because the tolerances would be more fitting for the engine instead of the car.

If you can open a bar near the ferry dock in Vineyard Haven, maybe we'd consider this... :D

Theres a better chance of that coming up on the next ballot. Eric will have to drive that beast down and drink some newly ok'd booze in Vineyard Haven. And dont worry, I know a guy

That's good, cause we know you... lol :D

It'd be cash, but I can't come up with any more than $7k at the most. =\ haha I'm not insult you by asking you to sell that fantastic Mark for the pathetic amount of money I have.

Sorry, no way I could do it for that price!

I mean I'm obviously not in a huge rush to sell it, its been for sale for a while! If it sells for something reasonably close to my asking price of 15.5k or someone has a really cool trade it would be gone. If not, it stays in the garage. :)
