https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000IYA3O6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This is the one we used on our 94 Mark VIII. Worked perfectly.

24 Hours of Lemons Gingerman Raceway Michigan

One black flag on Saturday for a pass under yellow - didn't see the flag. No offs at all. No contact at all. Hit 98MPH on both straights. We were very fast from point to point, slow in the turns. Didn't break anything. We will probably do better brakes next year (plan to race it at least twice...

24 Hours of Lemons Gingerman Raceway Michigan

All, We just got back from taking our 1994 Mark VIII to the ten year anniversary 24 Hours of Lemons race at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven Michigan. We bought it for $300 in May in rather sorry and disgusting shape. Very proud of our run this weekend. All three members of our team had ZERO...

    Urgent need for rims

Ok. We did it. Found originals from a 1994 about 30 minutes away on CL. Looks great! https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B58DltRFzCOvcE1oUnpXdVRhQVk https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B58DltRFzCOvVVVZZTBVN0RKYTg

    Urgent need for rims

All, our 24 hours of lemons car is almost ready for glory next week. However we have a crisis. The car came with four horrible rims. Two are structurally okay but look horrible. Two others are not road worthy. We bought 4 very nice 2003 LS rims because they had the same bolt pattern and size...

Can you help us wire a kill switch for our 1994 Mark VIII Lemons project

All right, so just for everyone, this is actually backward from what was expected. Pulling the 40A yellow wire fuse left the engine to run. Pulling the 50A black and orange fuse kills the ignition and kills the engine. That makes sense from the 94 manual which says the 50A runs the B2,3,5 pins...

Can you help us wire a kill switch for our 1994 Mark VIII Lemons project

driller, Thanks for the quick reply! To clarify (because you listed B1 and B4) in both lines. Should your second sentence read, "B2, B3 and B5 are (B/O)Black with Orange stripe from a 50A engine compartment fuse." That does make some sense because the alarm site information said the hot...

Can you help us wire a kill switch for our 1994 Mark VIII Lemons project

All, we are closing in on the finishing touches for our 24 Hours of Lemons 1994 Mark VIII. We need to wire our kill switch. We will be wiring according to the recommended directions below from the Lemons forums. We have a 4 post kill switch. Two large posts will interrupt the battery. Two small...

Remove AC Condenser w/o removing radiator?

Yeah, paint and body were nearly perfect. Except for the flaky burgandy hood.... Interior was utterly trashed. So far, we've done completely new brakes at the corners and 90% new lines, new upper and lower control arms, sway links and PS rack. Attacked the leaky (only at startup, but not once...

Remove AC Condenser w/o removing radiator?

Here's some pics of the early progress. Will post final "after paint and theme" pics once we are done. It's getting it's roll cage this week, then comes back for final prep and theming for Lemons. It will be wearing 2003 LS wheels for the race, rather than the hideous aftermarkets on it...

Remove AC Condenser w/o removing radiator?

Just some quick feedback for everyone. Thanks so much for weighing in on this. We did it yesterday and simply tipping the radiator back gave us more than enough room to pull out the condenser. Delete pulley went on easily and no need to open the system back up and burp it again! Our only hiccup...

Remove AC Condenser w/o removing radiator?

Thanks both! We will try to see if their is enough room disconnecting the radiator from the frame and pushing it back. Just trying to avoid re-burping the system yet again. We've already swapped the coolant for water as required for the race and wasn't looking forward to burping it again, but...

Remove AC Condenser w/o removing radiator?

We are progressing on the 24 Hours of Lemons '94 Mark VIII. On this weekends agenda is to remove AC components and replace the compressor with an AC delete pulley. We'd like to remove the condenser as well in order to increase airflow through the radiator. Our initial inspection indicates this...

    Brake Valve/Junction?

Thanks! We found one at a pick n pull from a 95 and it works great! Installed it tonight. Now, just to figure out why the pedal is a little spongy....... Prob need to bleed them again after a little drive time.

    Brake Valve/Junction?

Greetings all. I know this is an old thread, and there are several other similar discussions in the forums. Like this one, all of the threads are several years old. I have this issue/problem. The one marked "red" on our 24hoursoflemons 1994 Mark VIII is plugged/clogged/broken. This one feeds the...
