If you have a 1st gen ('93-'96) look on the back of the remote. It should say "Transmitter 1" or "Transmitter 2." It corresponds to the memory position that it will set the seat and mirrors to when you use that remote.

Update drivers? Make sure you have the most recent drivers/ updates for your media player and also your video card and sound card. That's about all I can think of, hopefully if that doesn't work someone else has an idea.

Are you playing it directly off of your camera, or transferring it to the computer first? Also, how fast is your processor and how much ram do you have? What kind of camera?

It probably isn't leaking refrigerant, because it wouldn't leak down that fast... unless something cracked and there was a major rupture. Maybe something with the compressor? Does air still blow from the vents?
